Jin-seok Jung

Hello, I’m **Jin-seok Jung**. I have been working at **Apple Inc. as a Senior Manager in the Logistics Department since March 1, 2025**. My career has been shaped by a wide range of experiences across business operations, project management, digital platforms, certification, quality management, and customer-focused services. I’d like to briefly share the professional journey that has brought me to where I am today.

My academic background includes studies in **Environmental Engineering** and **Business Administration**, which gave me both a technical perspective and a practical understanding of how organizations operate. From **2009 to 2021**, I worked across several organizations in areas including **ISO certification, IT operations, corporate certification consulting, public-sector SI projects, project management, healthcare administration, quality assurance, regulatory affairs, HR, and general business operations**. Each role gave me the opportunity to work with different people, industries, and operating environments, while building a strong foundation in structured problem-solving, communication, coordination, and execution.

From **2021**, I expanded my experience by operating **Blessing to You**, where I managed online commerce, web and app-based services, platform operations, customer service, content management, and overall business processes. During this period, I also planned, built, and operated **AI FLUX LIFE**, an AI-based premium content platform, using AI tools and vibe-coding methods to create and improve digital services.

Over the years, my experience has grown into a combination of **business operations, platform management, project coordination, certification and quality systems, digital services, documentation, customer communication, e-commerce, and AI-enabled service development**. I value thoughtful collaboration, clear communication, and well-structured execution, and I continue to build on these experiences in my current role.
